What can I say about the Lone Star State? From the Gulf of Mexico to points North, West & East, it’s expansive, genuine and a place I’ve called for over a decade. The people are kind, the food is belt loosening, and the attractions are unique and diverse. Austin is seat of state power, education and entertainment. The Hill Country is vast, beautiful and charming. Big Bend is a huge mountain range. Houston and Dallas are polar opposites of a major city. The beaches are fun and stretch hundreds of miles. I spent a year touring the state and still managed to see roughly 20% of the huge place. The Lone Star State welcomes you. Most people visit and never want to leave.
